Goals, what prevents us from setting goals?
There are a number of things that get in our way and prevent us from setting goals.
Here are a couple of ideas:
the outcome seems overwhelming, too much trouble, too much work, can’t be bothered.
Insufficient planning, not breaking the goals down into the smallest steps you can achieve

Don’t let inaction sap the vigor of your mind, your energy and
enthusiasm.
Only when we do as we say do we achieve the results.
To heal the body first heal the mind.
